A memecoin launchpad and trading terminal where every coin gets an AI agent. You launch a coin in a wizard. The coin gets a Crot with its own wallets. The Crot earns the creator fees, posts on X, builds the coin website and buys back, burns and locks. You trade the coin on the same site with your own wallet.

• Raydium LaunchLab, CPMM and Jupiter on Solana. Doppler and Uniswap v4 on Robinhood Chain. One trade adapter interface for both.
• Pulse and screener for new, curve and graduated coins. Token page with chart, holders, top traders and dev trades. Portfolio and leaderboard across both chains.
• Crot websites on crots.fun subdomains served by a Cloudflare Worker. Agent models and tools paid per call with x402 USDC.
• The server holds no user keys, only the encrypted keys of the Crot wallets.

A fantasy card game about Crypto Twitter creators, settled onchain. The cards are the top traders on fomo.family, scored by their real engagement on X. Players open packs, upgrade and fuse cards, trade and bid on a market, and fight Classic and Ranked matches. Packs, fees and the market settle in native ETH with one signed transaction per action.

• Double entry ledger for points and ETH. Every test checks that the books balance to zero.
• Payment flow: quote, sign, verify the transfer by hash, run, refund. Payouts from a fee wallet. A supply brake and scheduled jobs for ingest, score commits, floor snapshots, listing expiry and seasons.
• Ranked ladder with seasons, an arena queue with live players or bots, server side turn based fights, clans with a ladder, and events with prize pools.
• Separate admin panel, a player book, a hardened VPS with Caddy, systemd timers and backups.

A Solana memecoin launchpad built on Orca with no program of its own. Each coin launches straight into an Orca Whirlpool that holds the whole supply in one locked position. It trades from the first block and creators earn from every trade.

• TypeScript SDK for launch transactions, pool quotes and swaps, fee collection and split, holder reward allocation, launch validation and account decoders.
• A keeper that collects the fees of every locked position and pays each coin its fee mode, creator, buyback and burn, or holder rewards, with a ledger memo on every transaction.
• Postgres indexer and JSON API with lists, 24h change, charts, trades, milestones, fee ledger, creator earnings, holders and platform stats.
• Next.js app with a live market terminal, creator dashboard and admin. A grammY Telegram bot with custodial wallets and pool trading.

Scores every new token on the Torch launchpad in seconds. It reads the fee split, the creator record and the buy flow, and shows the result on a fast ASCII dot site. Tiers are gated by the $SIGNAL balance.

• One Node process with built in SQLite that uses about 100 MB of RAM. Plain HTML, CSS and JS with no build step.
• WebGL2 ASCII dot field, server sent events for live signals, Telegram channel posts and wallet sign in with viem.
• The scanner backs off when the source is busy. A systemd unit and a Cloudflare tunnel for deploy.

token site, swap and admin, Solidity and web, Robinhood Chain

A tax to yield to buyback token. Each buy and sell of $KARIN pays a 10% tax in ETH. The treasury changes it to USDG, supplies the Steakhouse USDG vault on Morpho, and spends only the vault yield on buybacks. Each buyback pays the tax again.

• Landing page, swap panel and admin dashboard. The admin controls the contract address, the trade panel and the site gate at runtime.
• Password gated site before launch, enforced on the server, with the same check in Vercel middleware.
• Rate limits per IP, auto bans that grow from 1 hour to 24 hours to 7 days, attack path probes, and bans that survive a restart.
• A live test that simulates a buy and a sell on mainnet without sending transactions.

chat agent and launchpad, contracts, agent service and web, Robinhood Chain

Two products in one repo. A chat trading agent in the style of Bankr and a launchpad in the style of pump.fun. Users trade, send, launch tokens and place orders by writing to the bot on Telegram, X, Farcaster, a web terminal or an API. Tokens sell on a bonding curve and graduate into a Uniswap v3 WETH pool. The LP position stays locked forever.

• Custodial wallets with an encrypted keystore or Privy server wallets. Spend limits, confirm codes, TWAP price guards and a signing journal live in plain code outside the model.
• Foundry contracts for the Launchpad, LaunchToken and deployer, with a deploy script, fork tests and an internal audit in the repo.
• Agent service with channels, a parser, a pipeline, a keeper for limit, stop, DCA and TWAP orders, an indexer, an HTTP API and a CLI.

launchpad web app, Solana

A Solana launchpad on Raydium LaunchLab with its own platform config. Coins launch on LaunchLab bonding curves with platform and creator fees on the curve. They graduate through the Raydium crank into a locked CPMM pool. Creators lock part of their supply before anyone buys.

• Next.js app with wallet adapter sign in and a React Query data layer. Scripts to create the platform config and smoke test LaunchLab on devnet.
• Listed as a mainnet proof of the Solana launchpad base in my boiler index.

auto LP agent, Solana, Meteora DLMM

An auto liquidity agent for Meteora DLMM, run by LLMs. It screens pools against set thresholds, deploys capital, watches positions, claims fees and closes on live PnL, yield and range data. It learns from every position it closes.

• A ReAct agent loop. A screening agent runs every 30 minutes and a management agent every 10 minutes, each with its own tools.
• A decision log of deployments, closes and skips with reasons, risks and rejected options, fed back into the prompt.
• Telegram chat and reports, a Discord signal listener, and Claude Code slash commands.
